All We Need Is Love: February is Library Lovers' Month
Give a little love to your local library in February as we celebrate Library Lovers' Month.
Libraries offer a limitless array of books, periodicals, cds, dvds, and information services to patrons for mere pennies.
There are no other institutions which provide such pivotal services which are open to the public and generally free of charge.
So why not enjoy the library by volunteering your time, attending a program, or donating a book which will be read by many for years to come?
Click on the pink "How to Love Your Library" button on the right hand side of the page to find out ways you can help your local libraries or check out the ilovelibraries.org button to learn about public library issues.
You can also vote for why you love your library in my Library Lovers' Month poll found on the right hand side of the page.

"A library's function is to give the public in the quickest and cheapest way information, inspiration, and recreation. If a better way than the book can be found, we should use it."
